This includes projects for families working with social care, single homeless, adults convicted of offences, people addicted to substances, domestic abuse victims and people causing abuse.
Taye works as the organisation’s safeguarding golden thread and senior leaders have noted:
- “The added benefit of having you on the outside looking in but knowing the inside is extremely reassuring when the subject is safeguarding”.
- “I often forget you don’t work for us; you know us so well”
- “I truly believe my problem is your problem and that you care about the outcome”
Tammy Banks, Taye Director, leads this project and she updates and trains the organisation’s trustees and coaches senior managers. Tammy utilises her experience, qualifications, national knowledge and expertise to make recommendations, support developments and encourage continued progression.
Numerous Taye facilitators deliver safeguarding (awareness, alerter and responder) training to the organisation’s 1,100 staff and the central team reviews and updates policies annually.

Testimonials
Here’s what our happy clients had to say about our services:

“Absolutely without a doubt the BEST training I’ve ever been on! I did safeguarding awareness and alerter training with these guys, which is usually a massive bore fest, but this was innovative and informative! They think of just about everything from the learning styles of the individuals to the content and knowledge learnt/shared!”

“I just wanted to say how absolutely impressed I was with the delivery of the session! I have attended many training sessions over the years and this has got to be the BEST training I have ever been on! The differentiation and thought put into the session was OUTSTANDING!”

“I found the course very insightful and thought provoking. Especially, in terms of self-reflection and social interaction with others at a professional level. I still feel inspired by the whole day. Your knowledge and presentation were top notch. Thank you again.”

“The facilitators were friendly, knowledgeable, great listeners and had a great approach! We felt that our initial feedback was utilised to tailor the session for our team. The activities were fun and really brought the team together! Thanks from all of us for a lovely team building session – we would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a fun but insightful training session!”

“Our Faith Group needed clear guidance about its responsibilities relating to Safeguarding, and how best to meet them. Taye delivered training to a group with a wide range of experience and knowledge, covering safeguarding for both children and adults. The facilitator was able to get the core points across clearly and in a manner which the group responded to well, and dealt with questions of all sorts.”
