Team building is one of the most important investments you can make for your team. It builds trust, mitigates conflict, encourages communication, and increases collaboration. Effective team building means more engaged employees, which is good for organisational culture, staff happiness and outcomes.
Our team building sessions are really flexible and built around the size, needs, objectives and issues. We spend time speaking to key people in the team to ensure we build a session that focuses on what you need. The day like most of our training is a mixture between learning and fun. The team building days can need a fair bit of facilitation too - especially when people open up (as they usually do) and confront some of the concerns, difficulties they are experiencing.
For example A team session to introduce new team members and new ways of working can be done in a day however, with teams that have specific team issues and for sustained change the best approach works with us designing the session based on discussion with team members, then deliver a team session, follow up a few weeks later with further discussion with a selection of team members, evaluate change since session, then facilitate a final team session.

All of our sessions are built using the human behaviour and team dynamics approach, our interventions are pragmatic and provide teams with the opportunity to build relationships and discuss behaviours and ways of thinking that are critical for team success.
