We will talk to you about your needs, read your website and find out about your specific issues and objectives. We can have discussions prior to the coaching or mentoring starting with the individual, their manager and their team depending on the rational for the coaching or mentoring. Our approach is completely person centred however it is important that we understand the landscape we are working in and what the individual and/or organisation hope to achieve in the sessions.
