Sam is a highly experienced and creative facilitator and trainer of 9 years. With a background of working within children’s centres she has gained an extensive knowledge in community engagement, supporting families and children at risk, and working alongside young parents teaching life skills and child development.
In a variety of roles she has mentored and trained professionals from a diverse demographic including social care, health and education and youth workers.. She has developed various workshops, 2 that are now utilised in 1-2-1 support work and can also be delivered to participants, usually parents, in a group work environment. She observes other trainers for quality assurance purposes.
Sam is trained to deliver a variety of programmes including life coaching, parenting (children and young people to 19 yrs. old), specialised group work with women who have suffered domestic abuse, sexual health and education programmes for professionals and parents.
Sam has Level 4 , P.T.T.L.S Teaching qualification, Level 4 Working with Families at Risk, Level 3 Working with Children and Young People, She is currently studying P.G.C.E . (Post Graduate Certificate in Education)
Sam’s passion for delivery is evident as her style of training is engaging, interactive and supports learning to meet the different needs of participants, which is always at the core of her practice.
