Core Training Courses
Professionals need to be confident, competent and motivated and if they are trained well, they can stay safe and transform lives.
Our core courses are those which we think that all frontline professionals or volunteers working with people experiencing multiple disadvantages and/or vulnerable should be trained in, as a minimum.
As a reminder, these courses are

- Frontline Skills (professional boundaries and lone working)
- Managing Challenging Behaviour
- Mental Capacity Act/Duty of Candour
- Risk Assessment and Management
- Safeguarding Awareness
- Safeguarding Alerter
In addition, we have two specific core courses for managers:
Training 4 Influence
All Taye courses are delivered using the Training 4 Influence methodology.
Training 4 Influence is a method of training that is having a huge impact on the lives of people experiencing multiple disadvantages (i.e. those with complex needs, are marginalised and/or vulnerable).
How? By developing and providing training that not only delivers its learning objectives but also helps staff feel supported, valued and emotionally well. All within training that your commissioners often mandate.
