Both Faye and I have always worked in the field of complex needs.
We have designed Taye Training to exceed all the needs we had as Operational and Strategic Managers of services. We believe passionately in the power of training to change lives, both of the delegates and their service users.
Our training aims to deliver the learning objectives, whilst also motivating and empowering front-line professionals to have a person-centred, values-based approach.
